A comprehensive, one-time evaluation designed to understand your child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental profile. We gather detailed history, review past records, and conduct a thorough clinical assessment. The goal is to provide diagnostic clarity and personalized recommendations to guide next steps in care.

The evaluation includes a single 90-minute session with both caregiver and child, conducted together and separately.
A 25-minute follow-up session is scheduled to review diagnostic impressions, discuss a comprehensive treatment plan, and answer questions.
Between sessions, you may be asked to complete questionnaires, and I may reach out to coordinate with other providers (e.g., teachers, therapists) as needed to ensure a complete understanding.

A specialized evaluation focused on mental health during the fertility journey, pregnancy, and postpartum period.We’ll explore emotional symptoms, physical experiences, medical treatments (including those related to fertility and hormonal changes), and the broader psychosocial context, with care and nuance. The goal is to clarify diagnoses and offer compassionate, evidence-based recommendations that support both the parent’s well-being and the developing baby, whether you're navigating conception, breastfeeding, recovery, or beyond.

The evaluation includes a 60-minute intake session to explore current symptoms, history, and overall mental health in the context of your reproductive journey.
A 25-minute follow-up session is scheduled to review diagnostic impressions, discuss a treatment plan, and answer any remaining questions.
Between sessions, you may be asked to complete questionnaires, and I may coordinate with your OB, therapist, or other providers as needed to ensure continuity and clarity of care.

The goal is to clarify what’s going on and offer practical, evidence-based next steps, including medication, therapy referrals, or further evaluation if appropriate.

These visits are typically scheduled every 4 to 12 weeks, depending on your treatment plan and level of support needed.

Extended Follow- Up Appointment

Extended follow-up visits allow for deeper therapeutic work, family involvement, or more complex medication discussions. These sessions are best suited for periods of transition, emotional intensity, or when additional time is needed to fully explore treatment goals.

Each extended follow-up appointment is 45 minutes.
They may be scheduled regularly or on an as-needed basis, depending on your treatment plan and level of support.

These sessions are designed for parents or caregivers seeking support around parenting challenges, emotional coping, or family dynamics, without their child present. We may focus on understanding your child’s behavior, improving communication, supporting emotional development, or navigating transitions. These are not medication visits.

Parent support sessions are available in two formats:
25 minutes for focused check-ins or ongoing support
45 minutes for more in-depth reflection or complex situations
Sessions may be scheduled as needed or integrated into your child’s broader treatment plan.
